  Yes...I was talking with a representative of yours called Tara and because I did not want my insurance payments taking out of my account monthly and tried to explain to her why, she hung up on me. She was not very patient or understanding on my part at all as a new possible customer. Every time I tried to explain to her why I didn't want my payments handle the way she told me, she would cut me off and get short with me. I think she was very unprofessional. I think she could of handle this better. I will never go with State Farm now and I will let my friends and family know of this experience. Sorry

  Two of my favorite things about having Jeff Zigmant as my agent are having a PERSON answer the telephone, not a recording, and once I've spoken to someone, I no longer have an issue that I have to deal with. Their courteous, knowledgeable service goes above and beyond the norm. In an environment where it's hard to get a good plumber to come to your home, State Farm and Jeff's expertise bring to mind the good old days, where Customer Service was the number one priority, and Caring is still in style. Thank you, Jeff, for your recent help with my roof issues and giving us peace of mind with our retirement investments.
